Pregnancy Recovery Class

Come join us for a 5 session postpartum recovery class where you can learn about:

  • Pelvic floor rehabilitation
  • Safe abdominal strengthening
  • Back care & lumbar stabilization
  • Proper lifting techniques for picking up your baby as he/she grows
  • Mom and Baby exercise program
