In an effort to assist females in achieving their top performance, screening to assess postural alignment, muscle length, strength and movement testing is done on an individualized basis, and at local clubs. Individualized conditioning is done for each athlete. Precise therapeutic exercise programs reduce pain, correct posture, and movement associated with daily activities.
The therapist listens to each athlete's story in improving their performance and preventing injury. After assessment, therapeutic intervention is suggested for one to ten visits. In addition to indiviualized sessions, group classes can be arranged for specific sports conditions, e.g. golf, dancing. Besides physical therapy, nutition, counselling and massage services are available. |
